So while having to deal with property taxes, payments, loans and the like is a complete beating, I called in to make my first payment and had MUCH confusion with all of the contradicting info I got from all the parties involved.My call landed on Teresa Alvarado's desk this morning, and my goodness, this girl is a friggin ALL STAR. Teresa walked me through the process, explained the realities to me and explained everything better than anyone has during this whole process, including the initial loan processor. She's the absolute ONLY reason why HXTX gets a 5-star review from me.I can't say enough about how well she treated me (a new and concerned customer) and how on top of everything she was. I could go on (& on) with how impressed I was with Teresa's knowledge, professionalism but above all, her kindness, but there's a character limit here and I wouldn't want to be accused of being a relative.
