User ID = Loan Number
Password = Last 4 digits of your social security number or EIN

If you have more than one loan with Hunter-Kelsey, once you are logged into the Customer Portal, you will be able to navigate and link your secondary loans to your Customer Portal account.
Payments made online will be assessed fees by USIO, our online payment vendor, as follows:
- Debit Card – 2.49% of the transaction amount plus $0.30
Payment by Mail
When mailing a payment, please include your Account Number in the memo section of your check or money order. This will ensure prompt application of your payment to your account. Payments should be mailed to the address as printed on your Account Statement.
First Time Customer Portal Users
Hunter-Kelsey offers an online Customer Portal for customers with active accounts. To enroll in the Customer Portal, please complete the following form and your request will be processed by our Servicing Department. If you are already registered you can skip to the customer portal section above.
Once the request is authenticated, you will receive an instructional email informing you that your account has been activated for Customer Portal access.
Payment by Mail – Mailed payments should include your Account Statement and a check or money order. Please include your account number in the memo section of your check or money order. Mail the payment to the address as printed on your Account Statement.
Payment by Phone – Call our friendly collections team at 866-456-3839 to make payments by debit card. We are available Monday – Saturday 8am – 5pm. Closed Sunday. *(See above: Important Information about new payment fees)
Automatic Payments – Call us at 866-456-3839 and ask to be set up for recurring ACH payments or download our ACH Form and return to us via mail or e-mail. ACH is free of extra fees! We are available Monday – Saturday 8am – 5pm. Closed Sunday.
Note: Full payments are required in order to receive credit for the payment. Payments for less than the full amount in your plan agreement will not be credited to your account, but will be held until additional payments are added up to the full payment amount and then credited.
