What I thought to be a stressful Monday turned into nothing but excitement enjoying relief after chasing down calling so many people I finally got to the bottom of where I needed to call. Hunter Kelsey III LLC. And moments of doubt, hearing the automated voice, instruct me to dial The connection with the account manager. Today I was helped by Miss or Mrs. Lilly Limon. We both greeted each other with good mornings. I explained my situation and with no hesitation she verified to make sure that I had the correct documents that needed to be set in order. She told me to wait one moment for her to check physically. And that’s what I love about people that don’t mind going extra mile and checking into something physically with their own eyes and hands. She came back to the phone with great news. I was able to get my Father’s account number Who passed away some years ago. I must’ve asked 30 questions within the 15 minute conversation we had and she answered every single one of them She even updated our account. I honestly think this might be the best employee there. Instead of making such a more stressful time, she made sure that I was well assure that things may fall into place and I understood that sometimes rules are rules and we can’t break the rules No matter what.
