To qualify for a Hunter Kelsey property tax loan you must:
- Own property in Texas which has delinquent taxes due of at least $3,500
- Be 18 or older
- Be able to afford the minimum loan payments (we’ll customize the loan to make it affordable)
If the property is your homestead, anyone over 65 or receiving Social Security disability benefits should not get a tax loan and should instead take advantage of the tax deferral program offered by their county.
Who can get a property tax loan from Hunter-Kelsey:
We make Texas property tax loans to:
- Companies (LLCs, LPs, LLPs, S Corps, C Corps, etc.)
- Multiple owners
- Children that have inherited property from parent(s)
Bad credit will NOT prevent you from qualifying. You are a property owner, and that means a lot to us at Hunter-Kelsey of Texas. There is no credit check and almost every property owner who meets the above requirements qualifies and gets their property taxes paid quickly.
