What I thought to be a stressful Monday turned into nothing but excitement enjoying relief after chasing down calling so many people I finally got to the bottom of where I needed to call. Hunter Kelsey III LLC. And moments of doubt, hearing the automated voice, instruct me to dial The connection with the account manager. Today I was helped by Miss or Mrs. Lilly Limon. We both greeted each other with good mornings. I explained my situation and with no hesitation she verified to make sure that I had the correct documents that needed to be set in order. She told me to wait one moment for her to check physically. And that’s what I love about people that don’t mind going extra mile and checking into something physically with their own eyes and hands. She came back to the phone with great news. I was able to get my Father’s account number Who passed away some years ago. I must’ve asked 30 questions within the 15 minute conversation we had and she answered every single one of them She even updated our account. I honestly think this might be the best employee there. Instead of making such a more stressful time, she made sure that I was well assure that things may fall into place and I understood that sometimes rules are rules and we can’t break the rules No matter what. At a tuff time in the middle of a tuff decision. Rick Farley of Hunter Kelsey is a true professional. Rick made the “tuff “decision easy. It felt academic. It was stress free. I have no regrets never felt any pressure etc. I highly recommend Rick & Hunter Kelsey to anyone in need of their services. I called to get a loan, and was told by the nicest man that I didn't need a loan and exactly what to do to lower my tax debt. He gave me the numbers to the tac offices and step by step details on what to do. Thank God I called them and for the honesty they provided!! Would recommend this place, because they could have made money of of me but instead we're completely honest!!!

They were wonderful.. we signed paperwork . And then a relapse from a serious car wreck I was in . Put me back in hospital.. for all of April.. we had to put brakes on everything until I got home.. then the car stopped working!! It's been crazy .. we are recovering now.. trying to get on track.. thank you for patience..

So while having to deal with property taxes, payments, loans and the like is a complete beating, I called in to make my first payment and had MUCH confusion with all of the contradicting info I got from all the parties involved.
My call landed on Teresa Alvarado's desk this morning, and my goodness, this girl is a friggin ALL STAR. Teresa walked me through the process, explained the realities to me and explained everything better than anyone has during this whole process, including the initial loan processor. She's the absolute ONLY reason why HXTX gets a 5-star review from me.
I can't say enough about how well she treated me (a new and concerned customer) and how on top of everything she was. I could go on (& on) with how impressed I was with Teresa's knowledge, professionalism but above all, her kindness, but there's a character limit here and I wouldn't want to be accused of being a relative. She was just straight up awesome. Period. Teresa just simply rocks.
